Nike Sweatshops

Nike has taken heat like most major companies. Not by the Animal rights grops but by the human society. Nikes CEO Philip Knight had an idea to have factories over seas an over work the workers and pay them less thann minimum wage. One worker filed a lawsuit against the billion-dollar company and won. Hopefully the sweatshops will stop and the company will move on.

Nike's University Operations

In the late 90's Nike started to sponsor big time universities sports programs. The idea would be to support every sportsprogram of each sponsored school, everything to custom made cleats to balls and gloves. Oregon University obviously was the first school to experience this. Now its all the rage and teams get new uniforms when the next series comes out. Also allowing the schools to recieve money.

Athletes That Carry the Trademark

There are plenty of athletes that represent Nike in all sports. In basketball there is at least one person on every team that is sponsored by Nike but there are 2 players who have their own shoes Kobe an Lebron James. In football there's LaDanain Tomlinson , Adrian Peterson both have their own Nike cleats. For baseball two people who are teammates are apart of Nike Alex Rodriguez , and Derek Jeter. plenty of big time names in the sports industry. Nike the trademark of champions has represented famous sport greats in all types of sports.
